The T-Mobile Royal Wedding

This video is a couple of months old now, but thought I might share it again to help you get through those Monday blues. Regular readers may remember that a few years ago the Dancing With the Stars did a copycat dance with its contestants

Well a couple of months ago T-Mobile recreated this dance (although different music) using Royal look-alikes in honour of the royal wedding and even today I still get a laugh out of it.

One of our readers sent us this link of a wedding dance video from Scotland. It’s a different take on the wedding dance videos and features a special guest. I must say, I am loving the wedding location too!

Grease Themed Wedding Dance

Something tells me that the Grease soundtrack is probably a common theme for “impromptu” wedding dances. We love this one. The bride and groom are having a ball, as is the entire bridal party. On a side note I love the colour scheme of the bridesmaid’s dresses and the groomsmens vest. Nice touch!

Friend’s surprise the wedding couple

This clip shows that it doesn’t have to to be the bride and groom that throws the wedding surprise dance. A couple’s friends performs a dance in honour of the lucky couple.

Rock the Reception Wedding Dance

Regular readers will know how much we love wedding dances here at Daily Wedding Blog.  We just love seeing newlyweds having fun at their reception. After all, planning a wedding is hard work, so a wedding reception is a perfect opportunity to throw on those dancing shoes and celebrate!

The following video is a few years old, but it is one of the more polished dance videos, in terms of editing and dancing. It’s also a great follow-up to our previous post Can A Bridesmaid’s Dress Be Black? The bridesmaids dresses in this video were black and it really worked. I especially like the little splashes of white ribbon and trimming on the gowns.

It is becoming a new trend for the bride and groom to spruce up their traditional first dance, and I have to admit, I love it! It just adds a sense of fun, happiness and laughter to a wedding.

This is a great clip of kids sharing in the first wedding dance with their parents. You can just guess what a fun family they must be. It’s a bit of a long clip, but hey, they’re enjoying their moment!

Another Wedding Dance Video Feature

Time for another wedding dance video feature! Today we bring you a wedding dance video from New York City and it goes beyond the usual ‘surprise’ break out dance. This dance includes lighting,  choreography and great music! Watching it, you feel like you are in the midst of some great celebration. Imagine the fun they had in rehearsals; they sure don’t make wedding dances like they used to!
